The Ackobom LX06 FTM STP is a two-in-one STP and packer prosthesis.
The prosthesis is made from the highest-quality medical-grade silicone, allowing you to use it with confidence.
It is extremely soft and elastic, providing a natural, skin-like feel.
STP Function
Pull forward when urinating. The STP function is simple and convenient, and most users can master it in a short period of time. It can also be used with professional STP underwear for added stability.
Packing Function
Creates a natural and comfortable bulge that feels like part of your body, making it ideal for everyday wear.
Usage Recommendation
We strongly recommend practicing in the shower or bath before using the product in public. Even if you have successfully used other STP devices before, each STP design is different and requires a short adjustment period.

How to Use the FTM STP Packer
The Ackobom FTM STP packer is simple and easy to use. Follow the steps below:
Preparation
Ensure the FTM STP packer is clean and completely dry before use. For first-time use, please clean the product according to the Cleaning & Maintenance instructions.
Orientation
Hold the FTM STP packer in your hand to feel its weight and structure, and familiarize yourself with the correct wearing orientation.
Wearing
Gently place the STP prosthesis into packing underwear or a harness. Position it against your body and adjust the angle and placement to ensure a comfortable and natural fit.
Use
When urinating, lean slightly forward to help control the flow rate.
Cleaning & Maintenance

Remove the product and evenly apply cornstarch

Let it sit for 1–2 minutes

Rinse thoroughly with clean tap water

Gently dry with tissue paper

Care Instructions
After use, it can be sterilized by boiling or scalding.
Put the product into cold water to boil, take out the water and let it dry naturally in the air and then put it in a bag for storage.
Because the material is liquid silicone, it is normal for a little oil to come out after a period of use. You can use talcum powder to gently wipe the product evenly and place it for two or three minutes. Rinse it off with clean water and then use toilet paper to gently dab the water droplets. (Note that the whole process should be gently wiped)

I opened the package up and I was like oh no this is way too big, this is going to look ridiculous! But I put it on using trans tape and put my boxers over and pants and I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't that noticeable at all which makes me feel less dysphoria. I then danced around bottomless, and watched it swing around feeling like it was part of me. I have never felt this euphoria before, incredible product. The balls are abit on the long side but other than that I can't complain. Thank you
Overall good, looks realistic and feels amazing. In comparison with other Packers/STP Ive had its quite hard to pee with but that might just be me not getting it yet, and since it's an stp and packer combo in my opinion it looks a bit flat since it's hollow in just under where.
But generally great product does what it says it will do
