Ackobom is committed to providing you with safe, discreet, and efficient worldwide shipping. All products are packaged in plain gift boxes and mailer packaging to ensure your privacy.
Shipping Time and Methods

Orders are put into production immediately after payment. Production time is approximately 5–7 weekdays .

If there are any issues with your shipping address (e.g., missing apartment number or company name), we will contact you via ackobomteam@gmail.com. Your order will be placed on hold until we receive the correct information.
After production, you may choose one of the following shipping methods:

Free Shipping (approx. 15–20 days)

One free delivery only. Please keep your phone available for courier contact.

UPS / DHL / DPEX Express (approx. 5–7 days)

Global Shipping
Ackobom ships worldwide (except for remote or restricted regions).
All prosthetic products are declared to customs as “silicone toys” in accordance with regulations.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete to avoid delivery delays. Ackobom is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are legal and compliant in their destination country/region.

Ackobom is not responsible for packages held or confiscated by customs.

You may be required to pay customs duties or VAT before your package is released by customs. These fees are collected by your local government and are not charged by ackobom.com.

If you refuse to pay these fees, your package will be held by customs, and your purchase will not be refunded.
Tracking and Lost Packages

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 1–5 days.

Tracking information is usually updated 5–10 days after the package arrives at the destination country’s customs.

Please ensure your address is correct and check your mailbox promptly upon delivery.

If the tracking link shows the package has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping.
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or incorrect color, please contact the Ackobom service team for a replacement.
