Ackobom Return and Exchange Policy — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Customers may request a return within seven (15) days of receiving their order.
1.2 Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.
1.3 Customers must provide proof of purchase, product photos, and an unboxing video as evidence of unused condition.

2. Non-Eligible Return Reasons
2.1 Minor color variations or slight size differences arising from handmade production are not considered defects.
2.2 Discomfort during use is regarded as a normal adaptation process, not a defect.
2.3 Dissatisfaction with appearance or functionality that does not relate to manufacturing issues is not grounds for return.
2.4 For packages lost or stolen during transit (tracking not marked as “Delivered”), the customer must file a carrier claim. Ackobom will assist with carrier communication.
2.5 If the tracking information indicates successful delivery to the provided address, Ackobom cannot issue refunds.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility
3.1 For customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong selection, personal preference), all return shipping fees and associated taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
3.2 For Ackobom-related errors (e.g., wrong item, defective product), Ackobom will cover the return shipping and related taxes.

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refunds will be issued within five (5) business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4.2 Discounted or promotional items will be refunded at the actual purchase price.
4.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, a USD $10 deduction will apply.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes
5.1 Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
5.2 No refunds will be issued for goods seized or destroyed by customs due to non-compliance.

6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchanges are only offered for the same model of product.
6.2 Items must meet the same unopened and unused condition required for returns.
