There is not much that could make me love this piece more. Maybe if it had the moveable testicles like others but the solid helps for play. Things I love - easiest STP I own. No learning curve. As long as it is positioned correctly it works like a dream and with the moveable skin is very realistic. You do have to find the perfect underwear, as it doesn’t sit right with standard STO underwear. Packs a little awkward but passing. Unfortunately it can create a suction sound when walking if shaft not fully dry after peeing. Just take an extra second to make sure everything is out. Play was out of this world. I have never felt more gender euphoric than when using this. My partner gave it an 8 out of 10 first time. I’m not worried about using it too much because it would be worth it to buy it again.

I got the LX12 soft packer, balls + skin. It is so, so nice and well worth it at this price point. Seriously such a value, especially for the daily improvement of life. It looks and feels much more realistic than the other packers I've tried (Archer and Reelmagik Basic). I'm so impressed with how soft it feels. The moveable skin, especially through clothing, is a nice feature that helps make it all feel more natural. I really enjoy the size of this packer, too. I'm 5'10" ~155lbs and it suits me well. It's easy to keep a subtle bulge and avoid looking too "boner-y", which I've struggled to achieve with other packers. It feels great and flawless to 'wear' as well, not just in hand. This is the first packer I've felt comfortable enough to wear out in public, and I don't even tend to think of it. It fits and feels so natural I'm rarely reminded of it and even sleep with it on. Can't recommend it enough. Get one and feel good.

The delivery came on time and the item is so good. It looks so real and it feels so real. I bought the moveable skin and they have after care instructions but i would suggest they put videos too for after care not only written note and it is good if they will advice what brand to use for silicone oil and how to apply it properly. I haven't try the play function. But the Stand to pee is good. No spill at first time and I was able to adapt to it. For the packing its okay but I would say it kinda off sometimes specially if you pack down. So you have to pack up but still there is awkward fold they should do something about it to make it more realistic. The texture is very good. I hope that it will last long. Because I used to have 3-in-1 STP in another brand and I've used it for almost 3 years but there's discoloration due to pee and it is hard to remove. I hope that will not happen to this STP. I might look for better strap for this, the balls is kinda awkward too, because its not that soft and the excess lip point at the end is poking my butt and it is really uncomfortable. So I trimmed it. Maybe they need to modify the design of this STP. It has alot of potential. Thanks again Ackobom you never failed my expectation.

This prosthetic has been life changing. I feel so much more comfortable in my body. I was able to use the STP function first try with no leaks or spillage, and the realistic look of the prosthetic is insanely euphoric for me. The only minor drawback is that I’m quite small so this packer feels a bit big on me but it’s definitely not problematic. I love wearing this and caring for it is super easy, I will definitely consider ackobom again in the future!!

This is the first actual packer I’ve ever used and it is so comfortable that it feels like I’m not even using it! So glad I got this :)

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Es ist mein erstes und ich bemerke keine Mängel. Es ist sehr echt gestaltet und das einzige Problem ist bei mir nur noch dass ich nicht ganz weiß wie ich es rein legen soll 😂 aber da werde ich mich noch durch fuchsen. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach. Ebenso kam es ordentlich und steril verpackt. Wunderschön gestaltet auch und tolle Anleitung. Nächstes mal wieder hier :)

I opened the package up and I was like oh no this is way too big, this is going to look ridiculous! But I put it on using trans tape and put my boxers over and pants and I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't that noticeable at all which makes me feel less dysphoria. I then danced around bottomless, and watched it swing around feeling like it was part of me. I have never felt this euphoria before, incredible product. The balls are abit on the long side but other than that I can't complain. Thank you

Me and my partner both love this prosthetic. It works really good for my urinal usage and other things. Customer service was super communicative through the entire process. It did take a while to ship, but I’m more than happy with it.

Most realistic feeling packer I’ve ever felt, especially at this price (LX-12, skin + testicles). Moving skin is a total game changer. Paint rubs off after a while but it hasn’t bothered me at all. First packer that feels like ‘me’, couldn’t recommend more!

So over two months ago I ordered a packer from Ackobom.
First the Produkt was super good, unfortunately over the first two days of wearing it showed a crack where the filling trough the shaft was done.
It was nothing bad and didn’t really effected the use of the product.
I was only worried that the damage would effect the live span.

I wrote an e mail to ackobom about this problem and I will have to say I got super fast answers within 1-2 days always! And the team was super understanding and helpful and because they understood my concern and everything they sent me a complete new one whiteout me paying anything extra! So the communication was super simple and they were so helpful and cooperative!

I‘m very happy with the new one. It works great and the look and quality is completely fine.
It feels super real and I‘m really happy with this product!

Ps.: the product might look a bit „yellowish“ but that‘s to the lighting, in reality it looks a bit more „redish“/„pink-ish“. I got the beige one.

Very good!!! Got this as my first packer ever. It looks great, and is a little weird to wear at first but not uncomfortable. I do have a little trouble getting it to stay even with the strap I bought with it, but no big complaints. I love it!

I got the LX-12 and LX-18. They are insane bang for buck. Most packers, sure, if you get expensive enough, they can be aesthetically pretty as an art piece, but wildly uncomfortable and unrealistic-looking in the pants. It was this way with the Your Rules Super Softy that I recently got: beautiful, heavy, delicate, uncannily realistic outside the pants, unrealistic in the pants. The LX-12 might be the first packer I've ever had (of probably 15 or so o_o) that gives me what both looks AND feels like a realistic bulge. It’s soft and malleable, but not so delicate I’m constantly afraid of ripping it. The paint does seem like it’ll start to come off with time, but I’m ok with that. It’s not sticky — no cornstarch needed. And as far as “grab test” — or if you’re like me more like, “I folded my hands in my lap or crossed my legs or got on a bicycle” test — it feels so natural. The moveable testicles on the LX-12 aren’t necessarily worth it though, they’re small and hard so they don’t actually really make it more realistic. That had been a big selling point for me, but having received them, honestly just having a ball sack that’s longer than the penis makes me not feel less like I have a semi all the time. With the LX-18 I do feel a little more “up” if you will, but it’s a pretty good big dick energy packer.

As for STP, I have not had any bottom surgery and I use it with the Spouti STP. See video; it works out pretty well. The Spouti itself took some practice and I didn't think it would work at all with my anatomy at first, but after a lot of peeing on myself I feel comfortable enough to use it in public bathrooms now. While the risk is higher than with something like the Transthetics EZP, I felt like I had a boner 100% of the time wearing that one and there’s no feeling 100% dry afterward without carrying a smelly pee rag. With this + the Spouti, I still keep a small microfiber towel in my pants just in case, but it’s a far drier and less smelly experience.

The only real issue with these packers for me is that they’re somewhat too yellow for my skin tone (I got the color "beige" and have a pretty typical, slightly-warmer-than-average white person skin tone).

I hope the pictures are acceptable (I am not 100% certain what constitutes "sexually explicit" per content guidelines in reviews for a genital prosthetic; I would've loved to see pictures like this when I was shopping for this packer. Please feel free to remove them if necessary.
