Ackobom Shipping Policy


Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options. All Ackobom products are shipped discreetly in plain gift boxes and mailboxes.

Delivery time: Arrange production after order is placed. The production cycle is 3-5 days. ackobom offers free worldwide shipping using UPS. Shipping takes 5-7 days to different destinations. Some remote areas may experience delays of several days.


All prostheses are described as customs "silicone molds".

We ship your order to the address you provide to us on the checkout page. If your address is incomplete (missing apartment number or company name), we will contact you via the email/phone number you provided. Your order will be placed on hold until we have the correct address. (If you are unable to complete your purchase on ackobom.com because there is no delivery service to your location, please contact us)

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items being shipped are legal in your country/region. We are not responsible for packages that are confiscated by customs. (Usually, if you can complete the checkout page on ackobom.com, your package will arrive safely.)

You may be required to pay VAT and customs duties on your package before it is released by the customs office in your country. These fees are charged by your country/region, not ackobom.com. we are not responsible for any taxes. If you refuse to pay the taxes, the package will be held by customs and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

Missing shipments:
Please check the tracking confirmation email with the correct tracking link. (Emails are always received within 1-5 days of your purchase.) You can track the package using the correct tracking link, and the tracking information is always updated within 5-10 days after the package arrives at customs in your country.

Make sure the shipping address is correct and check your mailbox promptly when the package arrives. (Your purchase will not be refunded if the tracking link shows that the package was delivered correctly.)

Defective or mis-shipped items:
We inspect each item before shipping to ensure that you receive it in good condition. If your purchase has any manufacturing defects or color errors, please contact our service team for a replacement.
