Usage Tip:
We strongly recommend practicing in the shower before using in public.
Even if you have used other STP devices successfully in the past, each STP design is different and may require time to adjust.

How to Use the FTM STP Packer
The Ackobom FTM STP packer is easy to use and can be mastered quickly by following these steps:
Preparation
Ensure the STP packer is clean and completely dry before use. For first-time use, please clean the product according to the “Cleaning & Maintenance” instructions.
Orientation
Hold the STP packer in your hand to become familiar with its weight and the direction of the urination channel.
Wearing
Gently place the prosthesis into packing underwear or a compatible strap.
Position it against your body and adjust the angle and placement to ensure comfort and a secure fit.
Use
During urination, lean slightly forward and gently control the flow rate.
Cleaning & Maintenance

8. How long does order processing take?
Each order is handcrafted by our artisans. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take 5–7 business days. Once completed and the shipping address has been verified, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
9. Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for unused items. Please contact us before initiating a return request. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
