Yes. Our prosthetics are compatible with adhesive attachment. Please note that adhesive is not included. For the best comfort and stability, we recommend using a dedicated packing harness or packing underwear.

You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number on 17TRACK. Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately and can take several days to update after shipment.

8. How long does order processing take?

Each order is handcrafted by our artisans. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take 5–7 business days. Once completed and the shipping address has been verified, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

9. Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for unused items. Please contact us before initiating a return request. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
