Ackobom Return and Exchange Policy
1. We accept returns and customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days of successful receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete a return, we will need you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, video and photos to prove that the product has not been opened. Please consult with our customer service staff to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for shipping costs and taxes incurred for the return.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to us, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping charges incurred.
2.RETURNS Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5 days.
Please note: Refunds and exchanges are only supported for the same model of product
